Product Description
Our oxygen generator plants are based on a reliable, flexible and trouble-free vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) process. They are the perfect fit for on-stream applications that require low-cost gaseous oxygen with purity levels of 90 to 95 percent per volume. The capacity ranges from around 300 Nm³/h up to 10,000 Nm³/h, either as pre-engineered, fully standardised and containerised VPSA plants or customizes VPSA plants.

The brief process flow of VPSA oxygen production technology
◆Low-pressure raw air is transported by a blower, and after dust removal through purification, it enters the VPSA system's molecular sieve adsorption tower for separation.
◆The adsorption tower is a two-tower or three-tower system that uses specific molecular sieves to adsorb nitrogen, carbon dioxide,and water vapor, while oxygen is collected in a buffer vessel.
◆Once the adsorption of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other components in the air reaches a set control value, the adsorbent in the tower is thoroughly desorbed and regenerated through pressure reduction and vacuum pumping to a certain vacuum level.
◆Under the control of an automatic control system such as PLC or DCS, the program automatically controls valve circulation to complete continuous oxygen production.
The VPSA oxygen production process features low oxygen cost, low equipment operation cost, high degree of automation, small footprint,and convenient start-stop operation.
